Magnetic Force (MFM) AFM Probes

We carry a wide variety of MFM probes with different tip geometries, coating thickness, magnetic moments, and different spring constants.

The AppNano probes are offered in 3 different coating thicknesses, which correspond to low, standard, and high magnetic moments. The AppNano probes are all based on the standard pyramidal silicon tip design.

Team Nanotech MFM probes are offered in thin (low moment) and standard coatings. These are based on the conical Team Nanotec tip design. Cantilevers are offered either in 45 KHz or 75 KHz models.
